Value added services the agency can provide to its clients at no additional cost include counseling and advisement regarding:

If a client chooses to purchase a product from the broker, the broker then makes a commission set by the providing company with no additional fees charged to the client by the broker. 

 

Barton Insurance Service also offers access to personal insurance policies that cover auto and home which are available at the providing company’s commission rates and no additional fees charged to the client by the broker.

 

As industry and legislation change, we offer our clients educational seminars supported by insurance providers to disperse the most up to date information concerning health care reform. In this forum, clients are encouraged to participate, sharing their knowledge and experience with health care utilization. This is provided with no additional fees charged to the client.

 

Consolidated Omnibus Budget Reconciliation Act (COBRA) is an additional area of expertise of our brokers. They provide advisement and counseling to clients regarding regulations, limitations and costs involved with COBRA.  The contracts for COBRA commonly have administration fees that are absorbed by the agency.
